Final Walkthrough: Upon completion of the job, our crew leader will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure all work meets the agreed-upon specifications in your quote.
Immediate Correction: If any part of the service (pruning, removal, or cleanup) does not meet the contract standards, we will correct it immediately at no additional cost.
Post-Service Concerns: If you notice an issue related to our work within 48 hours of completion, contact us , and we will return to address it.
We understand that plans change. However, our crew’s time and equipment logistics are scheduled in advance.
48-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your service without any penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (typically 15-25% of the quote) to cover mobilization and administrative costs.
Weather Delays: If we have to cancel due to unsafe weather conditions (heavy rain, high winds, or storms), we will reschedule your service at the earliest available time with no penalty to you.
We are Fully Insured and Licensed. While we take every precaution to protect your lawn and structures, tree work involves heavy machinery. Any damage beyond minor “surface impressions” (which are normal in tree work) will be repaired or settled through our insurance coverage.
